Terms of Service

1. Product. Refit is a free health-tracking web app. Refit Catalyst is an optional one-time digital software-supporter purchase. It is not a donation, charity, medical service, supplement, or insurance product.

2. Price. Catalyst is sold as one-time tiers: Insider $25, Supporter $50, VIP $100 (USD or store currency as shown at checkout). Prices are shown on userefit.com before you pay.

3. What you receive. In Phase 1 you receive a payment receipt and our thanks for supporting free-core development. An in-app badge or redeemable perk is not included yet and may ship in a later phase. We will not claim those perks work before they do.

4. What stays free. Core Refit tracking features do not require Catalyst. Buying or not buying Catalyst does not remove access to the free core.

5. Payments. Checkout is processed by Creem (merchant of record). Their terms and privacy policy also apply to payment processing.

6. Refunds. Contact idsnengr@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase if something went wrong with checkout or you bought by mistake. Refunds are handled case by case through Creem where applicable.

7. No health claims for sale. Refit helps you log your own data. Catalyst does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. We do not sell supplements or medical advice.
